A full medical care centre for anyone. They're professional and caring and kind. Very clean and accessible by TTC and available parking. Give them a call and enquire about services offered.

I love the institution. Ming and my teacher Ellen are angels. They equipped me with so much knowledge and in a very friendly manner They care home is also state of the art. I wouldn't have any reservations when recommending a client to seek help there

I've been with Carefirst since 2018 and back then all the front line staff were so nice and helpful. However, I have came across some very unpleasant experience recently. I noticed the front line staff are not professional and very rude when answer the phone. I understand its very busy at the front desk, but if you have no patient to deal with the seniors then this kind of job is not for you. Very bad attitude. I was so frustrated with the incident that I came across. I just want to ask one more question, and the line was hang up without any notification. Totally unacceptable with this kind of service. Doctor is really good but the front line staff. (FRUSTRATED)

A little easy to get lost, a big centre with several floors. All handicap friendly, but wait times can be a bit long. Everyone was very helpful

I go here now for my eye care. The doctor who works in this location is very good. I'll be getting a new prescription soon. She does tend to talk really fast. Only because she is passionate about her work. There are other services there too. Check them out.

My dad is living in the transitional care centre there. All staff are amazing. They are friendly, caring, responsible and very professional. The facility is on the small side, but clean and bright. There are semi private rooms and private rooms. Not cheap since its private but its a very good option for respite care.

My husband comes to this clinic to see Dr Grace Leung, geriatrician. Dr Leung is efficient, knowledgeable and care for her patient. Staff are nice also.
